By using IntelAgents Marketing you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The service
IntelAgents checks your website, finds what holds its search results back, drafts fixes, and, after you approve each change, publishes it and checks that it went live. Results from search engines, ad platforms and AI are estimates and not guaranteed outcomes.
Your account and accounts you connect
Keep your sign-in secure. Only connect accounts you are allowed to connect. You stay responsible for your own website and ad accounts and for following each platform's rules. We act on them only through the connection you gave us and only as far as you approve.
Approvals
Changes to your website or accounts happen only after a person on your workspace approves the exact change. Approving is your decision; check what you approve.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to publish misleading or harmful content, to attack other sites, or to get around a platform's limits.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of your content and data. You allow us to process them to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or rankings, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop at any time by revoking our access to your accounts and asking for deletion. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
