IntelAgents Marketing ("IntelAgents", "we") helps a business find what holds its website back in search, draft the exact fix, show a before and after, and publish it only after a person approves. This policy says what we collect, why, who else handles it, and how you remove it.
What we collect
- Account details: your sign-in email and the workspace and sites you add.
- Your public website: pages we crawl and measure, and the findings, drafts and change history we create from them.
- Accounts you connect yourself: Google (Search Console, Analytics, Ads, Business Profile, Tag Manager, YouTube), GitHub, Vercel, WordPress, and ad, social, email and CRM accounts. We read only what the feature you turned on needs. Connecting is always your choice, and you can disconnect an account or revoke our access at the provider at any time.
- Data from those accounts: for example search clicks and impressions, visits and conversions, campaign spend and results, reviews and listing details, channel statistics. Message content is not read from an inbox beyond sender, subject and a short preview, and only if you connect an inbox.
How we use it
Only to show you your own results and to prepare changes you approve. Every change to your website or accounts is shown to you as a reviewable change, waits for your approval, and is checked afterwards. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to build profiles for anyone else.
Google user data
IntelAgents' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide and improve the features you see in your own workspace. We do not transfer it to others except to provide those features, to follow the law, or as part of a merger with notice to you. We do not use it to train general-purpose AI models, and people at IntelAgents do not read it unless you ask us for help, it is needed for security or abuse, or the law requires it.
Who else handles it
- Hosting and storage: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (web app), Railway (background checks). Connection tokens are stored encrypted on the server and never sent to your browser.
- Account connections: Composio keeps the sign-in token for accounts you connect through it (for example ad platforms, social and email accounts).
- AI and research providers: OpenRouter and Anthropic process the text of your pages and stored findings to write explanations and drafts; DataForSEO and similar services answer public search questions. They receive only what a request needs, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while your workspace is active. You can disconnect an account on the Connections page, or revoke our access at the provider, which stops further reads. To delete your data, follow Delete your data. You can also revoke our access from the provider itself, for example in your Google Account under Security, Third-party access.
Security
Connections are encrypted in transit. Access to a workspace is limited to its members. Server credentials stay on the server.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children.
